Exactly.  But I decided to include because it might be useful to link  
a message part with who sent it/when it was sent/who it was sent to.   
There is a valid justification for the header.

I can't think of a valid reason why an attachment list would be useful  
for a single message part.  Example: it is irrelevant if there is an  
image attached to a message when printing a text/plain part.  How is  
that information useful?  (Answer: it isn't).
