I could find out, that the 'script-crash' was due to

framework/ActiveSync/lib/Horde/ActiveSync/Timezone.php
line 148: $transitions =$timezone->getTransitions();

interessting is, that $timezone is an instance of DateTimeZone. So if  
this crashes this are wrong in pear.php.net/Date i guess. I  
reinstalled it using force flag. No change :(

gonna keep you posted
