They exist in different folder and entries are already there couple of  
lines below. Or if I misunderstood you, how else can I install  
components package? Because without this patch pear install  
components/package.xml gives me "ERROR. no such files exist  
'test/Components/fixture/framework/simple/ignore/test1'."
