I have the Weather.com block configured und my own user (admin) can  
add the weather data on Kronolith as a calendar. My second user (not  
an admin) also has the weather block configured and it works. But the  
"Weather.com Calendar" does not show up. Have I missed some config  
option or is this a bug?
