It is still possible to configure a logo in the Horde menu  
configuration, although this has no longer any relevance. So it should  
be removed and maybe replaced with a short pointer on how to use  
menu.php for customizing the menu.

And as a sidenote: to me it would be more straightforward to have a  
menu.local.php, where I can add my stuff, as it is done with other  
configuration files.
