The only problem with thread summary now is that when sorting by  
thread a whole summary becomes lines of DIVs, and all lines on first  
column have "selected" class. However when sorting by author or date,  
thread summary is table with proper row highlighting, classes and  
column widths. Is this intentional in Horde_Tree code?

P.S. Patch probably won't apply without code on ticket 10366.
