Upon successful login, you can do nothing. Clicking on any button,  
takes you to a blank page. The errors 'generating message list' is  
continuously shown, and eventually it shows a 'no connection to server  
error'.

I need to know troubleshooting or how to fix this single user's  
problem, as he is the boss!
