The user gets a blank screen (php error display is disabled). However,  
if the user tries to download the attachment again, it works. I  
noticed that if the file <attachment>.notify does not exist in the  
temp directory, the above error is logged. I can reproduce the error  
by simply deleting <attachment>.notify file.

My System:

Ubuntu 10.04
PHP 5.3.2
Apache 2.2.14
Horde 4.0.9
Imp 5.0.11
