Resolving this, as geocoding support in Ansel is being completely  
rewritten in Ansel 2 to utilize OpenLayers (which has Google API v3  
support as one possible provider).

Not going to spend time tracking this down in Ansel 1.x, which uses a  
now-deprecated version of the Google API.
