Dynamic view in IMP 5.0.13 stopped working in Google Chrome (tested in  
version 14.0.835.163). IMP cannot display messages in folders with  
error: IMAP error: Mailbox does not exist, or must be subscribed to.  
Traditional view is working fine and everything is working in Firefox  
and Opera.
