How to reproduce:

Use Mediawiki syntax.
Create a page with name: "Próba"
Put an wiki link like [ [ another ] ] in it and save.

If you move the mouse over the link you would see a ...page=Próba url  
and not a ...page=another.

If you just rename the page to "Proba", than you would see a  
...page=another if you move the mouse over the wiki link...
