If reply/forward window is open and one changes folder during email  
writing, the reply/forward flag on the parent message is not set.  
Steps to reproduce:

1. Click Reply on any message.
2. Select different mailbox on the sidebar.
3. Click Send already open message.
4. Select original folder back, reply flag is will not be set.
