when i mark some pictures and edit data then i got a popup where in  
german some umlauts not correctly displayed, e.g. "Daten fÃ¼r die  
folgenden Fotos bearbeiten", and when i look in the sourcecode of the  
page in the popup there is no <html> beginning tag perhaps that is the  
issue that also no styles are applied
  to that window. the url part of the pupop window is /ansel/edit_dates.php?xxx
