The KeyNavList of event times should be keyboard navigable, but when I  
hit the down arrow while the list is shown and focused, all that  
happens is the first element (12:00am) shows selected and then  
deselected. Hitting down again just repeats this - you can't get past  
the first option, or choose it by hitting enter/tab.
