Some kind of error is being thrown, or there is bad output, when the  
DIMP javascript variable is being created in  
templates/dimp/javascript_defs.php  You will need to scan the output  
(which will be in the HTML source) to determine the issue.  You could  
also attach the HTML source from the page that is causing a hang, but  
you will probably want to attach the file in a private comment since  
it may contain personal information (e.g. identities, contacts).
