I'm sorry, but Jan is absolutely right here. If you don't know exactly  
what you're doing, you should not edit the Horde configuration files  
by hand, but rather use the tooling provided.

To lead you in the right direction, you really should use the  
administration interface provided through

     (webmail root)/admin/config/config.php?app=horde

You'll find what you need under the 'Spell Checker' tab.
