Rejecting.  There are already PHP limits in place on CPU time that  
will catch overly large mailboxes from tying up CPU forever.  And all  
data is streamed to/from disk, so memory usage should be minimal.

If an adminstrator wants to disable, it is easy enough to remove the  
entry from the template file.
