It took me a couple of days to find out that the weather information  
was not being updated because the default lifetime for the Cache was a  
whopping 216000 seconds (60 hours). Looking at the value, I guess the  
intended value should be more reasonable 21600 seconds (6 hours).

The other change deals with the geolookup of Wundergroup.
