And it could be an example with

bugs: "| /usr/bin/sudo -u www-data /usr/bin/whups-mail-filter  
--queue-name=Bugs"

if the webserver is running as www-data and vfs is on filesystem.

The sudoers line should be:

vmail ALL=(www-data) NOPASSWD:/usr/bin/whups-mail-filter

if mail system is delivering mails as vmail user.
