I've now tried and verified that this is the case if I use, RHEL6,  
CentOS6 and Ubuntu 11.10.

I've also tried switching to Nginx/FastCGI instead of Apache/mod_php  
if that would be the culprit, but to no effect.

My last test was with Ubuntu 11.10. Immediately after adding the  
fi_FI.UTF8 and sv_SE.UTF8 locales to  
"/var/lib/locales/supported.d/local" and regenerating the system  
locales with "dpkg-reconfigure locales", the same language mixup  
appears.

When using the Traditional ui in IMP, no language mixup appears.
