variables set in the Horde_Registry::appinit() call at the top of  
message-dimp.php..  If they do not exist, someone is seriously broken  
with your PHP/installation.  At a minimum, you will need to track down  
how this is happening since we can't even begin to pretend to debug  
this on our side.

Sure enough, I can't reproduce.
