I'm having a hard time seeing how this could happen. The carousel uses  
the same value for the gallery_id as the main upload view does, so I  
don't see how the uploader can load without a fatal error, but the  
carousel cannot.  What is the gallery_id GET parameter when this  
happens? i.e., in the URL, what does it say after 'gallery='?
