I suggest line 85 of horde/imp/js/message-dimp.js be changed to:-
DimpCompose.fillForm((i.id.sig_loc) ? ("\n" + i.sig + r.body) :  
(r.body + "\n" + i.sig), r.header, r.opts);

Browser used: Firefox 9.01
