In dynamic view as seen in IMP 5.0.17, when deleted messages are set  
to be shown rather than hidden, moving a message to another mailbox  
does not remove it from the mailbox display.  The message is left with  
a line through it as if deleted, but is not removed from the list even  
though it is no longer in the mailbox on the server.

This was reported by a user who assumed it was left marked deleted in  
the mailbox since it was still in the display, and thus tried to purge  
the mailbox, only to have the message continue to be listed since a  
message that isn't really in the mailbox can't be purged.
