Well doing some more tedting I've verified that works a little strange.

I'm in inbox, delete a message and click other->hide deleted, then I  
don't view deleted messages but the option in the "other" menu  
continues as "hide deleted".

Only if I change to other horde application (i.e. preferences) and  
then return back to "inbox" the "other" menu now shows the option  
"show deleted" and clicking it works as expected, it shows the deleted  
messages and the option in the "other" menu changes to "hide deleted".

It occurs this way in all my tests
