I don't see this.  Adding any mailbox works fine, is searched, and  
appears when I try to edit.  I can verify that  
ImpSearch.folders.size() increments every time I add a mailbox to the  
search after switching to search all.

I did notice that the unavailable mailboxes were not updated when the  
new show all mailbox list was inserted into the page - this has been  
fixed.
