from PEAR

This error does not appear when installing app by app.

Example:
Trying to send message to test at domain.com, you'll get this message:
PGP Error: Could not retrieve public key for t at t.
(first letter of the name= "s", then @, then the same letter again)

Example:
Trying to send message to x at domain.com, you'll get this message:
PGP Error: Could not retrieve public key for x at x.
(first letter of the name= "x", then @, then the same letter again)
