     BAD and NO responses don't contain the original command (Bug #11471).

     As per RFC 3501 7.1.2 and 7.1.3 (and Cyrus' actual behaviour),  
tagged responses
     only indicate that the error response links to a command. This command is
     identified by the tag, not by the response message.
