Expected behavior.  These are the "virtual" rights to allow BC  
compatibility with obsolete RFC 2086 compliant servers.  See RFC 4314  
[2.1.1].

Regardless of these particular rights, an IMAP server can tie any  
rights they want together.  So what you see on the ACL page is what  
the IMAP server is reporting - there is no guarantee that what you  
select on the ACL page will be the actual rights allowed on the server.
