Though it's not the perfect behavior for the Kolab world. I've  
inspected how Outlook handles this internally and they also use the  
email address. You can go to your Outlook addressbook and select the  
desired assignee from there.

Assuming we would patch this to use the default identity email address  
on our installation,
what could possibly go wrong(tm)?
