I'm having the same problem.

Steps to reproduce
- Log in
- Update some flags within Horde
- Log out
- Log in a again

The changes performed within Horde have disappeared. It seems to only  
affect the list view. The message count next to the folder is correct.

Disabling the IMAP cache fixes the problem.
