If the changes are a handful of changes, I usually apply them  
manually. Otherwise, there is an option to download just one file from  
the webinterface of Git, which is more convenient if there are lots of  
changes. I just downloaded the latest version of  
framework/Imap_Client/lib/Horde/Imap/Client/Socket.php, which indeed  
solves the problem of not updating flags. Thanks for the quick  
solution to this problem.
