information), I could enter the email address to associate with this  
address.

With latest H5, I see no field for this. It is no longer where it was  
with H4, and (mail - personal information) has no filed, either. There  
are some optional fields, but these more sound like "additional" email  
addresses.

What's the work-flow to add a new identity and tie it to a specific  
email address?
