Hi,

the smartmoible portal currently doesn't honor the initial page of an app.
Instead it uses the app name to come up with an URL for the app.

This breaks (custom) applications that explicitly set additional
parameters in the "initial_page" field of an app.

Attached patch fixes the issue.
