If initially importing CSV data and the default charset doesn't work,  
an error pops up. The error should be clearer that this is not really  
an error and that the user should try again, now selecting the charset  
(the fields wasn't even available at first). The form shouldn't lose  
the submitted values either (beside the file field obviously).
