This doesn't help at all.  You need to run the unit tests.  See:  
http://wiki.horde.org/Doc/Dev/TestH5#toc8

You also need to make sure you are running a somewhat recent version  
of PHP.  Versions of PHP distributed via a package (i.e. Debian) is  
not acceptable.
