When creating an event which should be recurring monthly on the same  
weekday and this weekday happens to be the fifth of its kind in this  
month (like Januar 31st this year) the event only appears on months  
which have five weekdays of the same kind. So to stick with the 31st  
of January the event only appears in months which have five thursdays.  
This is basically the same as bug 11181 but for kronolith 4.
