How to reproduce:
1.) Login with basic mode.
2.) Click on Folders to open folder list.
3.) Manualy expand any folder by clicking on plus (+) sign.
4.) Click the Expand all button at the top.

Error message 'Handler for action "expandMailboxes" does not exist.'  
will be displayed. The same for collapsing. Everything is ok when  
using Expand/Collapse all buttons *without* manualy  
expanding/collapsing any folder(s).
