I have horde 5.0.4, postgres 8.4, debian, php 5.4.

I did printscreen for better understanding. In horde 5.0.3 is in  
topbar fullname + email address in <>. In 5.0.4 is fullname + <>  
without emai address.

I guess that problem is maybe  in function getDefaultFromAddress in  
Horde_Prefs:
