I've posted the issue as an IMP issue because I've tracked the code  
for ITIP invitations in IMP to the file  
imp/templates/itip/action.html.php.

I'm not a PHP programmer and I'm not able to distinguish whether the  
time formatting should occur in this file (e.g. start time is printed  
here - <?php echo $this->start ?>) or in Kronolith PHP code.
