I can confirm that this is now happening on all of our iOS devices,  
including my iPad that has been on AS email for months, so it doesn't  
appear to be account related or to the fact that I have today moved my  
wife's iPad to AS email from IMAP. For my wife's two devices, it is  
the same email that is triggering it on each at 12 days old (attached).

System changes made today are the upgrade to 5.1.0 (+ all apps) and  
config change to AS 14.1. It has not been happening prior to these  
changes (device log sizes this morning when I started upgrades were  
small).
