Where is this mentioned? This is not true. Horde does NOT support  
Exchange Web Services. ActiveSync != EWS. We did add support for more  
recent versions of EAS (Exchange ActiveSync), but have no plans on  
implementing EWS.

If you are referring to the configuration option for Exchange  
ActiveSync version, this has nothing to do with EWS - it's the  
hightest version of Exchange ActiveSync to support.

  Note that starting with Outlook 2013, it's possible to connect to  
Horde via ActiveSync - perhaps that is what you are referring to?
