No.  The Virtual Folders mailbox contains *IMP's* virtual folders.

The proper way of doing this is for a server to store "special"  
folders in a separate namespace, and for that server to support RFC  
5255 (LANGUAGE extension) which allows a server-defined label to be  
used as the mailbox name for that namespace.

Or you can always hack the code locally to place IMAP mailboxes  
wherever you please.
