The users expect the same behavior of the scrollbar in the imp mail  
list view like as a normal scrollbar. Can you please implement to  
repeat the action if the user clicks and hold the button on the arrows  
or in the free place of the scrollbar?
Or maybe it's better to use the browser's scrollbar for this function.
