After upgrading to IMP 6.1.3 sending mails with IE8 is not possible  
anymore. It's quite difficult to debug because JS console doesn't  
shows an error. After clicking on send button the window just hangs.  
You can not click on send again (just does nothing) nor you can edit  
the emails body but you can still disable the HTML mode checkbox. This  
reloads the mailbody textbox so you can edit the text. But you can not  
send the email (just does nothing - no JS error) nor you can save it  
as Draft (ajax loader endless load)
