Downloading an image in an email on iPad / iPhone / S4 (fairly large,  
2.5MB), causes httpd to segfault, and "Cannot download attachment" on  
an iOS client, and "Load Failed!" on Android. I also tried to download  
a pdf (900KB) and that didn't work, but no error returned on the client.

Apache log contains only this:

I'm attaching the client log from an empty log, attempt to download  
the file, wait for the error, copy the log. You will see the request  
for the image, and then a little later on the email to me saying that  
Apache was being restarted after a segfault.

All four devices tested cannot download the image.

Any ideas what's going wrong here?
