empty page with the word "loading..." on the top of the window and on  
the left menu bar..

It never finishes "loading".

To access my inbox or other IMP pages, I need to click on the header's  
logo to go to the portal page, and then click Inbox.

Writing a new email also does the same thing, i.e. an empty page with  
only loading on the top left corner.
