It is still worse. The timeout is now as low as 30 seconds.
Uploading pcap sniffer traces with Android 4.2.2

I would like to test this issue with a Exchange Server to see what  
happens and how a Exchange Server handles this, indeed I have access  
to one, but it only uses SSL and I haven't the private RSA key to  
decrypt, it would be really difficult to me.
