same problem here.

2 simple tests :

- First, I do a photo on my iPhone (700ko real size). I send this  
photo by mail to myself. I receive the mail and I can view the  
attachment.
- Then, a new photo with my iPhone (855ko real size). I send it too.  
But, this time, I can't download it.

My horde is configured with EAS 14.1. I check with 12.1 and all is ok.

When I check the file ActiveSync/Wbxml/Encoder.php, _outTermStr() and  
I write the stream to a file, I can decode the photo from the base64  
without problem.
But in the message sent to iPhone, it seems there is a problem...

I don't see any segfault...

My system is a Debian 7.1 with php 5.4.4

Do you have an idea to trace this problem deeper ?
