Me too - thanks Ryu for working on this. I will be very happy if this  
fixes it.

Michael - I am surprised to learn that you run lighttpd - not because  
there is anything wrong with it, but because you were very definite  
about not being able to reproduce my issue which I stated was on an  
Apache system.

Not expecting that devs replicate every setup (obviously practically  
not feasible) - but knowing that you were on a different web server  
may have changed the conversation about possible issue points.
